How much does shipping cost?
All items will be shipped with the tracking information provided. eventhngs is a UK based company.
For UK shipping, it will take 2-4 business days - £5.
For IRL shipping, it will take 2-5 business days - £8 €9.40).

How do i add a note to my order?
1. Add an evencandle to your cart.
2. Click the cart icon.
3. Look for the 'special instructions' text field.
4. Add a name, and a message.
Please note, our cards are small so your message must be short and sweet (around 10-15 characters).
If there are no special instructions, we will write your name and share a personalised message from us, to you. <3

What are they made from?
All our evencandles are made with 100% soy wax and vegan oils.
How do I clean my jar?
When you're at the end of your candle, holding the bottom of the jar, carefully pour the remaining wax onto foil and discard it in your bin. When doing this, please be aware that the jar may still be hot and may require you to wear heat protective gloves.
Add washing detergent and warm water to the jar to loosen and remove the wick root, then gently scrub the jar. Repeat this step as many times as necessary.
When can i turn my candle off?
We recommend burning your evencandle for at least 1 hour. If your room is on the warmer side, it may take less time.
Once it has created an even melt pool, where the wax has melted to the edge or just around the edge of the glass, it's safe to remove.
How long should i burn them for?
We recommend burning your candle for at least 1 hour on its first use to create a memory pool. This means that on future burns, it'll remember where to melt up to.
After your first burn, you can light your candle for 1 to 2 hours at a time. We don't recommend burning it for any longer than this.
After a few uses, trim the tip of the wick with a wick trimmer or a small pair of scissors to keep the flame healthy.
How do i remove the flame?
Eco wick
For eco braided wicks, you can use a wick dipper or a long metallic tool to gently dip the wick back into the wax. This helps keep your flame healthy for the next use and prevents any smoke from affecting the atmosphere if you were to blow it out instead. After a few uses, gently trim the tip of the wick with a wick trimmer or small scissors.
Wooden wick
For wooden wicks, you can use a wick snuffer to remove the flame, which helps reduce smoke and keeps the atmosphere undisturbed. Alternatively, you can use the lid that comes with your candle. To trim the wick, use a wick trimmer or your hands once the wick has completely cooled down.
