We operate this online store and website, including all related content, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Eligibility and Account
You must be 18 years, or older to make a purchase on eventhngs.com.
You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete account information.
You are responsible for maintaining your account security and all activity under your account.
Product Information
All candles are hand poured and made by hand with natural wax. Slight variations in color, appearance, and scent are normal and not considered defects.
Product details which include pricing, descriptions and sizing information are available on the product's landing page. This and the product's availability are subject to change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities at our discretion.
Personalisation and Special Instructions
If you do not provide a name or instructions for your candle using the “Special Instructions” text box at checkout, we will automatically add your name to the candle.
Please ensure that all information you provide is accurate and complete, as we may be unable to make changes after your order has been processed. eventhngs is not responsible for errors in personalisation submitted by the customer.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is processed and you receive an email confirmation of your item being processed and shipped.
All purchases are for personal use only, not for resale or export.
Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.
Prices exclude taxes, shipping, or import duties, unless otherwise stated.
You must provide valid and complete payment information. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you when the item is handed to the shipping carrier.
Please notify us of damaged or defective items within 7 working days of receipt.
Returns
All items are handmade, meaning they are not perfect. To be eligible for a refund, we would require you to share details of the item(s) you bought, your order number and images of the item(s). We only accept returns for the following issues:
Damaged goods
If your order arrives damaged and not as described, please email eventhngs@outlook.com, so we can look into arranging a replacement or refund if approved.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless the product is faulty.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Candle Safety and Liability
Candles are fire hazards. We label all candles with fire safety instructions at the bottom of each glass. Please follow these guidelines before lighting your candle. If you have any questions regarding this, please email us at eventhngs@outlook.com.
Do not leave candles unattended, near flammable items, or burn for longer than recommended (1-2 hours).
By using our candles, you acknowledge the risks of fire and accept responsibility for proper use.
eventhngs is not responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from candle use.

All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and designs, are owned by eventhngs.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
We use some music on the website to incorporate a mood with our products. We do not own these audios and share the as forms of appreciation to the artists.

Our Services may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.
Any interactions with third-party tools or services are at your own risk.
