Refund policy

Returns/refunds:

All items are handmade, meaning they are not perfect.

To be eligible for a refund, we would require you to share details of the item(s) you bought, your order number and images of the item(s). We only accept returns for the following issues:

Damaged goods

If your order arrives damaged and not as described, please email eventhngs@outlook.comso we can look into arranging a replacement or refund if approved.

 

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery unless the product is faulty.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
